The $20 charge for the replacement of drip pans was also waived. Mr. [redacted] was contacted and informed of the changes to the move-out charges and we mailed out an updated move-out statement on July 2nd, 2015. Based on that final conversation with Mr. [redacted],we felt that he and his wife were satisfied with the final resolution as well as the speed it took to reach it. We have received no further communication from them to suggest otherwise.
