As *** stated she came to the dealership and completed a credit application giving us authorization to run her credit, which we did on December 7th Because we are not the lender we then submitted her application to various lenders trying to obtain credit approval for her to purchase a new
vehicle When a lender turns down a credit application they send the applicant a decline letter informing them of their credit decision Sometimes it takes several weeks for these letters to be generated I apologize that *** feels we did not call her back timely and I will talk with the management at the dealership about this. *** ***Vice President and CFO*** ***

I have spoken to *** a few times, including last night We have an understanding of what he wants and we are working hard to take care of all issues We should have resolution this week I will keep *** informed daily on our agreements

Our customer purchased this rig from us almost a year ago We are very sorry he is having a tire issue, and for a GOODWILL we will sell two tires at cost, mount and balance for free and then discount another $ Our customer is satisfied with this arrangement

[redacted] did not pull Mr. [redacted]’s credit 10 times. Mr. [redacted] is a co-signor with his father on the vehicle financing. Due to his father’s low credit score and recent bankruptcy, and to get the buyers the best interest rate possible, [redacted] requested approvals from multiple banks, which is standard for all indirect lenders seeking to obtain the best financing possible for sub-par borrowers. Of the banks to which we submitted the application, all but one declined to extend credit. Each bank that declines the credit application sends a declination letter to the buyer and a co-buyer. The credit inquiry activity Mr. [redacted] refers to is likely those lenders’ inquiries and declinations.  If Mr. [redacted] has additional questions about this matter, he is welcome to contact us.   Best Regards,    Tracy Crane General Counsel Risk Manager

Our website displays 3 prices.  The first price is "MSRP", the second price is "Sale Price" and the third price is "As Low As Price."  Right below the As Low As Price is a tab that says *Apply for As Low As Price."  Also, within the add itself the "Sale Price" and the  "As...
