UM Bowie Health Center

I received emergency services at this facility on 9/3/19. I received a bill for a co-payment of $150.00. I paid the balance in two installments of $75.00. Of, course I have bank statements to show proof of payment. However, I continue to receive letters from a collection agency for a $75 balance. I have called and given them the dates of payment and was told that the information would be noted and the system was down, so they were unable to view the payment (thus the reason for the second letter). Unfortunately, I received another letter stating once again that I have a $75 balance that is seriously past due. My payments were made online, so I do not understand their inability to view them or the lack of organization of the billing department.
