Review: 10/**/13 - I met [redacted] the Disability Consultant, who runs the UMA Disability Center. We talk about his policy.the way it works, he'll build my case by making doctors appointments for me, all the paper work he'll handle and even assisting a lawyer to my case. so the charge for his offer is $2500. If the case doesn't win he will refund the $2500.So that day I paid him up front full $2500. Then he gave me some documents to sign and I did. After that [redacted] said "AFTER TODAY I WILL PROCESS THE DISABILITY PAPER TODAY AND YOU WILL GET A LETTER IN MAIL THAT U WANT TO APPLY DISABILITY. YOU WILL GET IT THIS WEEK." After leaving his office he told me to get a proof of address and drop it tomorrow.

11/*/13 - I went to his office 10:30 a.m and was waiting for him. I waited till 2:00 p.m. I get a call from his assistant that hes not coming to day.

11/*/13 - This time hes in the office and I handed the proof of address. Now he need the utility bill. He told me to come tomorrow. Then I told him tomorrow is election day, will you work that day he said "[redacted] I WORK ALL DAY".

11/*/13 - Guess what, he not working that day. I spoke with assistant hes not working today.

11/*/13 - I went to the office at 12:00 a.m. The assistant said he will be late to day. Just give it to me I'll put it in your file. The I did that. At 2:00 p.m I called [redacted], pick up I just let him know I drop the bill the the assistant. He said "YES! YES! YES! I HAVE THE UTILITY BILL. I WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW."

11/*/13 - I waited till 1:00 p.m. For his call but he didn't call back so I called. he picks up and tells me to go to his office and bring my passport social security card and birth certificate. Got to the office,he said " YOU NEED TO APPLY FOOD STAMP, CASH ASSISTANT AND ect.." his assistant is going to take me to fill out the application. The building he told me to go and fill out. I told him that the wrong building, that not my zoning area. [redacted] said " NO! NO! NO! ALL OF MY CLIENTS GO HERE IS BETTER." Then I went to the building, they told me that your in the wrong building. You have to go the one that in your zone. I called him right way and he said" I KNOW THIS GOING TO HAPPEN. JUST COME TO THE OFFICE." I got to the office .He said "COME TOMORROW AT 9:00 AM MY ASSISTANT WILL TAKE U THEIR."

After leaving the office. I spoke to my parent and decided to not proceed this with [redacted] and to refund my money.Desired Settlement: 11/*/13 - I went his office at 2:00 pm. I told him I don't want to proceed this case with him and want my money refunded. [redacted] said "NO. I CAN NOT DO THAT. YOU NEED THE LETTER FROM DISABILITY SAYING YOU ARE GOING AHEAD APPLYING DISABILITY YOU WILL GET FROM YOUR MAIL. THEN BRING IT TO ME AND I HAVE GET A LAWYER AND GET A APPLICATION THAT U DON'T WANT TO APPLY DISABILITY. THEN FILE TO DISABILITY STATING YOU DON'T WANT DISABILITY. THEN I CAN GIVE YOUR MONEY." I told him you said I'll get the mail last week but I didn't get any thing. [redacted] said, " JUST WAITE ONE WEEK YOU WILL GET IT."

11/**/13 - I call his office no one pick up the phone. I called throughout the whole day no answer.

11/**/13 - Using someone else phone I called the assistant picks up. I told her my name, she hangs up. I call again [redacted] picks up, I told him its a week know, I still didn't get the letter. [redacted] said, THE LETTER IS GONNA COME IN 3 TO 4 WEEKS. Then he hangs up the phone. Then I call him back he turn off his phone.

11/**/13 - I send and email to him no response and making phone calls he hangs up the line.

Review: I PAID $2500 TO THIS FIRM TO ASSIST ME FILING FOR MY NYS DISABILITY. I WAS TOLD IF THE CASE IS DENIED THEN FULL FEE THAT I PAID WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME.

AFTER THEY REPRESENT ME MY CASE WAS DENIED. CASE CLOSED WITH NYS DISABILITY. NOW THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY FEE THAT I PAID. ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS AND ALL APPEAL WAS DONE BUT NO LUCK.

THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE NOW. I'M PLANNING TO SEEK HELP FROM FOX5 NEWS TEAM. CURRENTLY I'M DISABLED DUE TO MY INJURY FROM A CAR ACCIDENT.Desired Settlement: ALL I'M REQUESTING IS JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
