I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowCan you please get someone that knows how to read to read this message? I said many times that the SECOND TIME that the paver lock was applied was in a temperature if 70degrees, I never said it was in the month of April , the first time it was the month of April, I understood that it was the wrong temperature, so I bought more paver lock to fix the mistakePaid $for the contractor to remove and re apply the new paver lockI had to be stupid to spend all this money plus buy more paver lock only to apply again in the cold weatherBecause I purchased the paver lock in April it does not mean that it was applied in April Further more I do not appreciate you calling me a liar, this is defamation of character, specially because I have the receipt from the contractor to prove when he removed and re applied the paver lock, you will be able to check the weather with the date provided in the receiptI am in Florida now, in my way to Mexico for vacation, will gladly send you and the Revdex.com the receipt if this is what you need , in my returnAgain do not call me a liar just to avoid keeping your word that you stand behind your product

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]like I said in all three letters to the company, the pave lock was first applied in April, we accept the responsibilities for the wrong temperature. But we paid $ 800.00 to the contractor to remove the sand ( because that is what it was) , and they removed from each brick and re-applied the new paver-lock the we purchased . We waited for the weather to be at the right temperature in order to re-apply the pave lock. The day the work was done the temperature was 70 degrees, and remained like that for two weeks. Still it never hardened , I offered for this guy to come and check and he will see that the paver lock turned into sand. When I called and talked to someone at UMACO, And he told me that could bad batch, I Never asked  this guys name, si I have no idea of who it is. I explained in all three letters that the second time it was applied the temperature was in the 70s for two weeks. I also told him in my second letter that I accepted that a mistake was done the first time. But the second time we did everything right, still it did not work. We did not falsely accused him, but it was told to us that they stand behind their products and we can see that this is not the case.We spent a lot of money buying his product, also paid $800 for the guy to remove the paver lock  and do it again in a great weather, all we have is sand between the bricks. So, we expect them to pay someone to re-do the work accordingly.

I never called you a liar. I simply said that your claim of the weather being 70 F for two straight weeks in April was incorrect. You purchased the product in April so it was assumed that the product was used in April. You never told me otherwise until now. Again, I never called you a liar, I simply stated that you your facts were incorrect. I would not consider that "defamtion of character". That being said, this was the first mention of the product not being applied in April. Since we assumed it was applied in April, it was pretty cut and dry that the temperature would have effected the Paver-Lock from hardening. Was product applied in June? What was date of application? Did it rain soon after? There are other many other factors (as were mentioned in detail in previous letters) which could effect the product from hardening. If possible, I would like to speak with the mason/contractor who applied the product to see what else could have gone wrong. I can be reached at ###-###-####. As I mentioned before, we make hundreds of bags per each batch and we have had no other call backs on this product. Did the same mason/contractor who applied the product incorrectly the 1st time apply it the 2nd time? Do you have any product left in bag for us to test? Please answer questions listed above so that I can help you figure out why the product did not harden and see if the product was incorrectly applied by mason/contractor the 2nd time.

The product was purchased and applied in April of 2016.  That being the case, your claim of the weather being 70°F for two straight weeks is not true. See attached weather report from the month of April 2016 (for the city of Everett) which clearly shows that the temperature did not stay above 50°F for more than 48 hours straight which is the minimum amount of time needed for proper application as stated in data sheet and on bag label (see attached).
