Good Morning,
As per our discussion, the purchased items were mailed some time ago, but I'm more than willing to reship the items, or issue a refund. My records indicate that one book and three DVDs were purchased, rather than 4 books. However, if [redacted] prefers four books instead of the DVDs that is not a problem. I leave for Africa Monday and would like to take care of this issue before I depart. My deepest apologies to you [redacted].
