I heard a loud cracking sound when cocking my RWS Tand contacted Umarex for options to repair as it was technically 1/months past the month spring wtyThe rep was extremely polite and courteous and immediately assigned a case number then emailed me a rma to return the rifle stating that close to the warranty period they would cover any necessary repairs not resulting from abuseWhat they found was a broken mainspring and not only replaced it but also replaced the spring guide and seal all under warranty To top it off the turn around time was about a week after they recieved my rifleThe shot cycle of my repaired rifle shot a day and night smoother than when it was received brand newDue to the pleasurable experience I also sent them my 2nd RWS Tthat was less than a month old but was making a grinding noise and it too was repaired in the same professional manner under wtyI will not hesitate to send Umarex any of my RWS rifles for serviceI am just an old guy from MS who loves to shoot air rifles and the customer service I received from Umarex was stellar
