Mr [redacted] was suppose to get the job done in weeks and took him 1/months mr [redacted] had put the wrong drywall on the walls and the framing was not leveled he was in breach of contract also he doesn't know what my new contractor is charging me I would like the whole that I gave him plus for the new renovations that had to be made with the new contractor plus the disposal of all the mess mr [redacted] left in the basement if he doesn't settle I will take him to small claims court for the amount of plus court and atty fees ...and not to mention all the plumbing was done wrong and had to be busted up and redone so the pipes wouldn't burst in the winter because he didn't use any gravel to help with the pressure of the water ect and the shutter valves were put in the ceiling and nothing was up to code and he didn't want to pull a permit with the city because I found out he is not licensed and cannot work until he gets his certifications in electrical ,plumbing , and contracting Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

I fell than ms [redacted] setup this,she wait until I finish the drywall installation to fire my, she paid someone else $1200 when she suppose to paid me $1700 when I finish the job, If she paid than amount, she owns me $500, or since she fire my she supposed to pay me the $1700, I don't just stop...

working, she fire me, then I understand than she broke the contract, she never fire me because a bad job, she fire me because she don't want to pay me what she suppose to pay me.

Umbrella services are Great. The owner did not charge me more money per hour for work done on saturdays or sundays like other business do.This was the only time it could be done. He did small electric , small pluming , windows and carpentry.
He completed the job on time too.

Review: on 5/15/2014 I hired [redacted] to do some work on my basement and put in a bathroom and he informed me that he was insured and he worked for a property company and we drew up a contract on what it would cost me and gave him 2000.00 down to start the project and he said it would take 3 weeks and as he started on the project I found that he had did everything wrong and installed the wrong stuff and everything was a mess so he was fired and I tried to recover my money and he refused to give me it back .. hired another contractor to see what he can fix and had to tear down everything and start new .... I'm looking to recover at least the 2000.00 dollars and I would like the additional expense that I had to pay for my new contractor to fix his mistakes ...Desired Settlement: I would like the 2000.00 back and the additional expense that I had to make in the amount of 2500.00 for the total reconstruction of his work ... but I will settle for the down payment that was given to him on may 15th 2014
