Gift Card receipt, not the credit card receipt.

An email was sent to them requesting them to bring along with them the information and receipt.  No one show up.  I can't believed you are wasting my time with this nonsense.  This is...

the proof that I send them. Pay attention to the time the certificate was sold, the account number/ID associated with the transaction. The gift card was used and all credit was redeemed. What more do I need to proof?

Review: I purchased a gift card on 12/**/2012 for $50 as a Christmas gift for my brother and sister-in-law, Gift card number [redacted]. My sister-in-law went to use gift card and no value was put in the card. I contacted the restaurant and they told me that gift card [redacted] was used on 12/*/12 and it had $75 on it. This was before the date I purchased it so I made them aware of this and then they came back to me that they assigned gift card number [redacted] to my gift card. They then stated that the card was used on 4/**/2014 along with another gift card. The problem with that is I only purchased one gift card and my sister-in-law never went to the restaurant before 5/**, the date I tried to use my gift card. After further inquiry they sent me a receipt showing gift card [redacted] being used. On this receipt was a person's name, [redacted], and phone number. I did a reverse look up of the phone number and found that the person lived in [redacted], I have no relation to this person and I let the restaurant know that. They told me that as far as they were concerned the gift card was used and they will not be refunding my money. I told them that I never used the gift card and I gave them evidence that someone else used gift card [redacted] and I had no relation to them. I am in possession of gift card [redacted]. The restaurant never showed me any proof of them assigning gift card [redacted] to my card. I have lost out on $50 plus the amount I had to lay out for the food I ordered on 5/**. I have all the e-mails that I exchanged with the restaurant if you need them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $50 I was charged for the gift card and for the amount my sister-in-law had to lay out for the food she purchased on 5/** in the amount of $28.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I feel that this issue hasn't been resolved because my brother and sister-in-law never used the $50 gift card; when she went in to use it she was told the card had no value on it. My sister-in-law had to pay for the food she ordered that day. I have communicated with the business that the gift card was never used by anyone in my family. They told me that the gift card was used on April **, 2014 but I told them that it wasn't used by my sister-in-law. The phone number that they provided to me (###-###-####) is not my sister-in-laws number. I did a reverse look up of that number and the person's name is [redacted] of Garden City. Yes my sister-in-laws name is [redacted] but that is the only thing that matches; I had given this information to the restaurant but they still didn't believe that she never used the gift card. Also, at that time the person used two gift cards and my sister-in-law only had one gift card. I've explained this to them numerous times and they feel that in their system the gift card was used so obviously they assigned the same number to more than one gift card. My sister-in-law called the restaurant to see if the manager was in but was told he wasn't in and they weren't sure what time he would be in. At that point I felt that we weren't get anywhere that is why I contacted you. I had sent an e-mail to the manager stating that I was going to be contacting the Revdex.com.
