I had my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt and the representatives and there were many mistakes made on my return causing additional weeks for it just to be processed, my adrress to the goverenment was also totally the wrong address which severely complicated things, there was also lies and miscommunications to myself which directly led me to stay with their company rather than choosing another tax business, when I brought all of this to the manager of that branch he laughed and insulting me blaming me for all of the mistakes that were made, I mean there were questions that were not even answered, required questionsI provided all information I was asked by their representative.My return was even accidentally filed twice by them, their service and handling of these issues was completly incompetent and unprofessional
