I had recently been on the market for a pre-owned fuel efficient vehicleThough I ended up purchasing elsewhere, the service that I received was top notchI was helped by salesman *** *** who worked hard to satisfy my extensive needsUnfortunately for ***, because I had such needs, I had to jump on the first vehicle that met my qualifications and that vehicle was at another lot at the time*** is honest and friendly and easy to relate toAll of my questions were answered thoroughly and his major concern was always to find me exactly what I needed
I appreciate the great service and I'm certain that I will be going back to reliable imports' pre-owned zone, specifically *** *** in the future for my vehicle needs

Wow! What a week of emotional turmoil to say the least! Common Courtesy is non-existent. Total lack of communication from the get go! Simple phone calls keeping the customer informed would go a lot farther and be a lot more effective if they were attempted to begin with. With the exception of the salesman Nate Bowling my overall Attempted buying process was absolutely, hands down, a Big ZERO! No apologies necessary Reliable RV....I will take my business to Camping World of Springfield! Reliable isnt the only game in town and Camping World treats their Customers as potential buyers and not sub-standard. You let this one get away Reliable but it's okay, Camping World will pull it through. Thanks for nothing Jennifer, Alecia, F&I Mgmt., RV Sales Mgmt., I'm throwing the big red B.S. flag on this one.
P.S. Switch your name to the "Utmost Unreliable RV" much more defining and fitting name.

These are a great group of salesmen. I worked with [redacted] and he was very helpful, positive and Very honest. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.

I have a 9 year old Subaru that I wanted to reprogram the key fobs for keyless entry,
I had two key fobs that I took in to service and was told that the price to program them would be 125.00 after tax and that they would do a 11 or 12 point inspection on the car. I agreed, about an hour later Subaru called to tell me that both my remotes were bad and I would have to replace them. The new cost would be almost 500.00. which included the 125.00 for the programming. I told them not a chance, they then said that the car could be picked up anytime. When I arrived to get my car, service said that the cashier had my keys. The cashier said my total was 125.00 for the service. I asked for what service they could not program anything. The 125.00 was for trying to program them even thought they never told me that if for some reason it did not work I would still have to pay the amount. I was upset of course but then I asked about the inspection 11 or 12 point. They said they did not do it because I did not pay the 500.00 to go a head on the install and the inspection. Then they said we did wash your car though. So I paid 125.00 for a car wash.
