I have a year old Subaru that I wanted to reprogram the key fobs for keyless entry, I had two key fobs that I took in to service and was told that the price to program them would be after tax and that they would do a or point inspection on the carI agreed, about an hour later Subaru called to tell me that both my remotes were bad and I would have to replace themThe new cost would be almost which included the for the programming I told them not a chance, they then said that the car could be picked up anytimeWhen I arrived to get my car, service said that the cashier had my keysThe cashier said my total was for the serviceI asked for what service they could not program anything The was for trying to program them even thought they never told me that if for some reason it did not work I would still have to pay the amount I was upset of course but then I asked about the inspection or pointThey said they did not do it because I did not pay the to go a head on the install and the inspection Then they said we did wash your car though So I paid for a car wash
