The next contact we had was over a week later of the vehicles damage. He brought the vehicle back and upon inspection with the customer present we saw the fitting in question completely loose, and likely caused the fire. Mr. [redacted] supplied nearly all parts. We offered to perform all labor for free as a good will gesture, to which he responded by seeking counsel. I sought counsel after my car sat at UMS for three months before hearing any legitimate plan of action, when I found out my car did not have parts that were claimed to have been installed and when it took the termination of an employee for the owner to make any sort of contact about the matter. These terms are in no way acceptable for the amount of unprofessionalism displayed and damages that occurred to the "completed" vehicle.

As I covered in my initial response, I offered an above and beyond amount of help to resolve the situation, to which Mr. [redacted] replied with a "do not contact me anymore" response, and sought counsel. My counsel also recommended to not speak to him and await official paperwork to respond to which we have not received.
