Review: On Sunday, March 16, 2014, I purchased a CD of the photos ta[redacted] by [redacted] of Un-Conventional Photography at a convention I had attended. I have yet to receive them. I have called (unfortunately, at the time of this complaint, I cannot locate **. [redacted]'s business card with his telephone number) and left numerous messages, I have sent SEVERAL emails (both via my email address and through [redacted]). I've received ONE response, on April 4, 2014, and that is because the convention contacted him as well, on my behalf. He related that he had been under the weather. I wished him a quick recovery from his cold, and chose not to disturb him so he could recuperate, and on April 14, 2014 I realized 10 more days had passed. I emailed him again via [redacted] that day, but no response (although [redacted] showed that he had read the email that day; [redacted] also showed that he was online, updating statuses and posting photos, so I do not want to hear that he was "too ill" to respond to my emails. Since then, I have emailed him two more times. Still NO RESPONSE.Desired Settlement: I was to receive a lo-resolution CD. I am requesting the hi-res photos to be on the CD at this time, as well as a complimentary 8x10 of my daughter's photo. This is ridiculous not to communicate with a customer. He isn't building a house, he just needs to burn a CD. It shouldn't take this long. Thank you for your time and attention.
