We were surprised to receive your letter, dated July 14, 2015, regarding the complaint form *** ***. This is the first time we have had any type of complaint against our business of years. As you state in your letter, there are two sides to every dispute and we find several inaccuracies in the complaint and ask you to review fully and then dismiss
1) The first thing we see that is not true is that a female called him, as we employ no females on our Service Provider Review team2) Given the number of internet marketing firms out there, I can see the potential for confusion but we are not an internet marketing service and this can be discovered looking more closely at our website. Our team members ONLY call when there are requests from specific people, for a specific service in a specific area.
This is how we work:
We ask our customers for their preferences for services in their area and then we match them to service providers that have signed up with us (to offer their off-peek time), to actually sell real appointments for them. Our Customers book appointments on our site.
If we cannot find a match for the customer, we seek the best service providers in the customer’s desired area and call them to verify and see if they’d like to offer their off-peek times on our site. If the service provider signs up with us they go to our site and enter their appointments for sale and the first action is to notify those who requested the new service. We focus on booking a company’s slow times at a discounted price, times that normally go unsold. We had people looking for fitness training services in Long Beach, CA and that is why Mr***’s business was called on July 7, 2015.
3) Mr*** states that we are misleading people by saying we are “calling on behalf of three clients is wrong”. Well, it is exactly what we are doing. We have great working relationships with hundreds of service businesses throughout southern California
We will work with you in any way to clear up this misunderstanding, as we have done nothing wrong. And, we are working hard every day to grow our business and help other small businesses.

[There are two issues I have with the response provided by Unbooked Appointments The first being that a female initially called me and then transferred me to someone at Unbooked Appointments From my best guess, I am thinking that they use an international or maybe even US based calling service and therefore can claim that they "do not have any female employees" I am 100% positive that the first person that called me was a female and that once she got the answer she wanted, she transferred me Second, I never requested any information or calls from Unbooked Appointments I have not heard of them and do not even subscribe to any marketing services in general Those are two claims provided in their response.]
