We never got what we paid for. We paid to get pictures of our girl burned on a CD so we can make prints and give them to relatives for Christmas. Instead they batch emailed us a bunch of photos that we unprintable. When we went to the business to try to fix the issue they told us the only way they would do anything for us is if we signed a contract saying we would take down our review and never put up another review! So when we refused to sign anything this *** the owner *** lashed out at us in front of another one of her customer!
We called them and said we had made an error of 10.00 over charge as our prices had changed before their appt our website states prices subject to change without notice! But we told them since you are so upset about the 10$ we will double your money back .. We give people photos to their email which we did but they weren't satisfied so we also gave them photos on a CD we explained we are not photographers we know nothing about resolutions it's an Ultrasound machine not a camera when they came to get money from us and a CD disc wit their photos we also gave them Special Christmas cupcakes we had made for them *** they put up a untrue review on *** so we before giving them all this as we didn't trust them we asked them to sign a form to take down the*** review *** We also had a police officer in the office a client who witnessed myself and my tech asking them to leave there
was zero confrontation they Came to get double their money the CD The free cupcakes and they said were still leaving a *** untrue review so we said you can leave that we're not being *** into giving you anything .. we were giving you all this in good faith ***..they left *** ..Manager Unborn Images

Wooooow, so here is the thing: we have email correspondences, we kept that contract you tried to have us sign and the low res images.
You guys *** about so many things that I didn't get into. Like your "monthly cupcake draw" to a cupcake company that has been out of business for a year. Which that you somehow added to your contract as an appeasement, we didn't want cupcakes we wanted high res images. How about how "some times our dvd player doesn't work" but then it turns out that "a kid placed a book in the dvd player before you got there".
