Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I was not asking to have my order
cancelled, I was asking for an ABSOLUTE FIRM DATE of delivery. Something you have been unable/unwilling to do for months. Now as soon as you cancel my order you announce that you have a NEW and supposedly better high speed carver you are now advertising. Still NO delivery date available, but it NEW and IMPROVED!
So if you now have a new and improved carver and this will now be substituted for the old XJ7, why is it that when I complained about the endless delays of receiving something I have already paid for (May2015) you felt it was automatically necessary to just cancel my order?
What, can't accept a little deserved criticism? It has been your endless delays that caused this, your excuses that those of us who had ordered and waited all these months had to accept without any recourse?
I think those of us that endured all of your delays, all of your excuses, all of your changes after changes BUT had willingly paid in advance for your carver should have been given more consideration than to just have an order cancelled because we complain
