My spouse had a total knee replacement at the first of the year. He never used the Commode and I want to return it.I have called this company many times in the last 2 months to pick up the commode. Finally, today I received a return call from the company. I was told that I purchased it and that they would not take it back. The price is not high but I don't feel that I should have to pay for it at all. I intend to send it back to the company and I do not intend to pay for it.Desired SettlementI want the company to take the commode back and re-issue the bill with only the walker on it.Business Response We are truly sorry the customer's expectations were not met. Our goal is provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the commode is a personal item that cannot be returned after delivery is accepted by the customer. Our records indicate the customer accepted delivery in her home on February 14, 2014. Our records reflect that the customer first contacted us on May 21, 2014, to make her request. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of the commode.
