They have them at junk yards and at the dealerships.... I feel my time is not going to be looking for something that they left off of my car while in his shop... As a shop owner he knows where to get the part or they would not be in business...and that's the bottom line here...

out of vehicle and torncompletely down. Our advise was to try a transmission fluid flush service in order to save customer money. Since the transmission appeared to be working properly but was very dirty and appeared to have never been serviced. The transmission was flushed, added new fluid, filter and pan gasket and the valve body was reconditioned. The car had multiple codes when it came in and most of those went away but would come back intermittently. The transmission was working properly when the customer left my facility. Customer was charged $720.00 for transmission service and tow bill. There was no warranty for the service done. Customer had multiple codes that can affect the performance of the transmission such as traction control and ABS but was not willing to listen to explanation. The customer continued calling concerning the codes she stated that the transmission was working property but there was a transmission C solenoid code and was asked to bring the vehicle back so we could scan it and see what the code was.
