I found Uncle Eric's through the Revdex.com, approved by them, and without complaintsThis made me very happy, because all others referred to my husband and I, as we are 1st time home owners, we found had a great deal of negative reviewsThus far we have called Uncle Eric's twice, and both times both he and his staff have been TRUE TO THEIR WORD, AND TRUE TO THE CONTRACT!! They are all professional, warm, friendly and welcomed us into the Uncle Eric's family, they let us know that we are more than our money, more than another customer, but we are important to them professionally and personally
Their work has been more than outstandingThey came into our home for one thing, noticed other things and put those things on the list to investigate and get information back to use, and yes, one of those things has been replaced with a new part, no hidden extra charges to us, and the other we still in the investigation stage, but I am FULLY ASSURED we WILL hear from our new family soon
In closing let me state, to go into business with Uncle Eric's will NOT be a disappointmentIt will be like welcoming in more family members who care for you and your things, just as much as you do!!!!
