We regret *** *** is dissatisfied with the progress of his
new home. We are diligently working to
complete the home. It is my
understanding the remaining work is contingent upon *** *** releasing the
meter and turning on the power. According to our General
Manager, the plat,
given to us by *** *** when he purchased the home, did not contain the information
the *** required therefore a survey of the property was completed which,
along with weather, delayed the process
To my knowledge, there have been no additional costs incurred. *** *** closed on his home July 15,
2015. The total mortgage as shown on the
*** *** has remained the same; home ***, improvements
***, closing costs ***
Also, *** *** was very aware of the first payment mortgage
payment date, which is not contingent on the completion of the home, as
evidenced by his signature on the Delivery Certification document. The certification states, “Buyer(s) commit
to pay the first payment on this date regardless of the date Buyer is able to
occupy the home.”
I will be happy to provide all the documents referenced
above, if needed

                 I NEED TO COLLECT THE MONEY PAID TO THESE PEOPLE FOR CHECKS THAT ARE NO GOOD !!!    I CAN FAX COPIES OF THE CHECKS SO THEY CAN BE PROCESSED BY THE AUTHORITIES AND CHARGE THE PEOPLE WITH A CRIME AND OR CRIMES.                 I HAVE COPIES OF THE CHECKS AND COPIES OF THEIR DRIVERS LICENSES TO PROVE WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE AS I VERIFIED WHO THEY WERE WITH THEIR PICTURE I.D.'S.. THEY CAN NOT DENY THAT THEY WERE IN FACT THE PERSONS WHO I CASHED THE CHECKS FOR .. I WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT THEY WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY...  THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THAT THEY FORGED THESE CHECKS INTENTIONALLY... I WOULD LIKE YOUR FAX NUMBER AND I WILL SEND YOU THE COPIES I HAVE RIGHT AWAY SO THAT WE CAN CATCH THESE PEOPLE AND HAVE THEM PROSECUTED AS TO TRY AND RECOVER THE MONEY THEY TOOK.   THANK YOU , SINCERELY..
