I love Uncle Jim's Worm Farm! I ordered a Worm Farm and 4,red wigglersMy worms are lively and eating through my compost as we speakGreat customer service and fast deliveryWill definitely order again!

To whom it may concern, The customer in question placed an order with us through our website on August 1, 2017, for European nightcrawlersHis order was shipped on the 4th, which was the next scheduled shipping day after the placement of his order, and according to tracking the shipment
arrived at his local post office on August 7th and was picked up on the 8thHe was charged $for the worms (including a 10% discount which he applied via coupon code) and $for shippingOn the 5th he called and spoke with one of our office staff to complain that he did not receive a free promotion of an extra European nightcrawlers, which was part of a flash sale advertised via email to our newsletter list and ended on July 30th at midnightFollowing that conversation, he sent an email expressing frustration that he had been asked when he placed his order, which I responded to on Monday (the 7th) when I came into the officeHe did not reply to my emailOn Tuesday the 8th he sent duplicate messages through the contact form on our website, which I didn’t respond to due to the contents, which were extremely troll-like and said nothing regarding the contents of his orderApparently he also posted the same message multiple times on our company’s *** page, and when that was discovered he was then blocked from the page to prevent him from posting more inappropriate commentsI’ve included the contents of the message/comments below“I do hope Uncle Jim is enjoying his European vacation and all that he deserves for providing +years of professional services and productsHowever some concerned persons should apprise him that the *** ** *** he's left behind in charge of his business and communication affairs.is turning his relationships and reputation into a small town monkeys and buck dancing clown show…I've seen a few things in years on earth, ,but I've never seen or had a experience with *** folks behaving like you are…They know how to treat customers and don't ignore their respective dues, debts and obligations as it seems that's what's happening at this time and of these circumstances.Hurry Back Uncle Jimmy,Your Ship is listing,,I do hope you have the best of luck with your own affairs.” Despite him being blocked from the page, I have been communicating with him via email from Thursday until today, trying to determine whether his complaint did in fact stem from the live product in his order being damaged or incomplete, but he has continued to hedge and will not say whether his worms arrived dead or what quantity of worms he received, only that they were dehydrated (which is a result of shipment and in most cases does not harm the worms at all) and he received half his orderHe has not specified whether he received less than European nightcrawlers or if the mis-count he is referencing is extra worms that would have come with the batch had he ordered during the aforementioned flash saleHe has also expressed frustration that his worms were held at the post office; however, they were only held there due to an option he selected during the ordering process that requested them being kept there for pick-upWe have closed this situation on our end by simply refunding him for his orderWe do have a live delivery guarantee, but in order to re-ship we need to know whether the worms arrived dead or alive, and we also reserve the right to ask for picture verification (something that was not requested in this case) I have included our email correspondence from 8/10-8/below, and attached a screenshot of his order and files with the earlier emails from Saturday and TuesdayThank you for taking the time to review this complaint! Revdex.com:Shortly after I filed the complaint, the business agreed to send a refundSo as far as that goes, I was ready to close the complaint as soon as they processed the refund
However, regards to the respond the business sent, I had to clarify a few things. They sent me half of the ordered amount the first time(sent me worms instead of 2000, and yes I counted them by hand) , that is why they had to send the second shipmentThat was not a reshipment, it was making up the difference they shorted meAnd do a google search and you can find tons of testimonies of people being shorted by this companyAfter I sent them pictures of the worms, I told them I understood that having a few mixed worms might not be totally avoidable, yet all of my worms were of a different kind, the kind that is generally regarded as "pest" by the industry , is a different storyI got multiple emails saying NO those were indeed red wigglers, not blue worms, and there has never been even single one blue worms on their farm in yearsThey even used the offical names to tell me that, so there were not mistaken about what they meantNow they are saying they are not promising a specific type of worms? So they now admit that those worms are indeed blue worms then? Then why lying to me over and over again in the email saying those are indeed red wigglers? Oh btw, red wigglers are indeed one specific type of wormIt is called "Eisenia foetida", which they referred over and over again in their email assuming me those worms are "Eisenia foetida", These people are dishonest, and they are trying to twist things around and make me look like I am difficult and unreasonable customerIf they had just admitted it instead of denying it, and gave me an apology I would not have needed a refund I highly recommend people to stay away from them
