Uncle Joe's Auto Sales Reviews (2)

This company is a scam! I don't recommend anyone to buy from this placeMy father and I went on *** to purchase a vehicle and found a Chevy Impala with a clean title and excellent conditionHowever the car was being sold at Uncle Joe's Auto SalesOnce we drove there, taking a look at the car, the sales guy told us that it was $2,in total including the taxesWe paid $1,cash and had to make the first payment of the remaining $by the 17th of September My father, being in charge of paying the remaining payment, had accidentally confused the due dates and missed the day it was dueAbout a week later the company had impounded the car at his work around 10pm! Of course we both understand that its not the company's duty to call the customer because they missed the payment dateIn that case, we called the company first thing in the morning to sort things outA man picked up the phone and my father was explaining to him the situation also passing me the phone to explain better, the guy stopped talking and three seconds later, hangs up the phoneRight after that happened, we went to the company itself and complained to man named *** had told us that the company did call us three times to warn us about the unpaid paymentsOnce the day before and twice on the 19th of SeptemberNope, I checked my father's phone history and there was no record of the company's phone number on either datesSo we told him that we called in the morning and someone hanged up on us*** then told us that it was him who was on the phone with us and that the phone somehow got disconnectedYep, they lied and we proved it to them*** said that if we wanted the vehicle back, that we had to pay the remaining $and the $Repo fee! $500! For less than 24hours! Then we asked for the Repo phone number and *** said that they don't give that information outWhat a lie! Certainly it wasn't a Repo company because they don't repo a car unless it's been two weeks of it's over due payment dateAfter a few minutes trying to reason with this man, he tell us that if we want to pay the remaining money in weekly or monthly payments, that we would have to pay for a contract coming out to by worth $I asked him the how much the payment would come out to be, excluding the Repo payment, then he pulled out the contract and in little black ink the contract said the Chevy's total cost was $4,They scammed us into signing a contract which was entirely different from the what the original sale's guy mentionedThey lied to us saying the total cost of the vehicle was $2,which in the end was really $4,Never buy from these people, they are a bunch of lies

This business sucks and is not customer orientedTest drove it and found the brakes hard to pushI knew this would be a simple job and I really liked the truck so I purchased it and left it there for the brake jobThe next day when I went to pick it up they told me the transmition was out and it would take a weekThey gave me a Lincoln Towncar without A/C, windows won't go up, very dirty and a gas hog.Was told no refunds, I bought as is# month warranty so they're fixing itI know alot about cars and truck and the speed transmition was working fine
