Uncle Majic and Shock-kim the Clown

Review: Upon scheduling a party with this company I was never told that I would be charged and extra $100 if it should rain which would cause me to have to reschedule. I was never told I could receive a refund if I cancelled within 5 days, I was only told I could reschedule and now that im trying to do so you want to charge me additional monies that I shouldn't be charged since you still owe me a $300 credit for the bouncy house. I think its very unfair that you don't explain this to customers.Desired Settlement: reschedule a day for the bouncy house or offer $300 credit
