Review: 4/13/13 I ordered ants for an ant farm in my classroom (web order #296259).5/14/13 I received an email that stated my order had shipped and the tracking number is [94[redacted]33]. They were scheduled to arrive May 17th.5/20/13 Since they were live creatures I emailed them and asked where my order was. I was concerned about them arriving alive. 5/21/13 They answered my email and stated that the shipment was delayed due to bad weather and if they have not been received by Friday (5/24/13)then I should contact them again.5/26/13 I contacted them to let them no the ants have not arrived. (NO reply)5/28/13 I contacted them again to find out why the shipment has not arrived. (NO reply)5/29/13 I contacted them again to find out why the shipment has not arrived. (NO reply)They have stopped replying and since they are living creatures I am sure they are no longer alive.Desired Settlement: I would just like them to ship my order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9561625, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Purchased a vial of ants for my children for their ant farm on 4/30/2013 via paypal (Payment has already been made). As of today, still have not received the vial of ants even though several attempts have been made to inquire as to when they would be shipped. The consistent statement/explanation for not shipping is that the weather is not acceptable yet for shipping. I know they can ship depending on the weather (too hot/too cold) but this is getting ridiculous. The cost was small, but the fact that they haven't shipped yet makes me be concerned that they may have done this to others and that can result in a lot of money taken for nothing.Desired Settlement: Either send the ants or refund the money, if not then this information to be shared with others.

Review: I have tried several times through email to try to resolve the issue that I bought ants and after receiving them most of them were dead. A day later the rest of Them died. I also tried calling the company and could not get anyone to talk to no matter what option I chose. All I would like is a new batch of ants for my daughters.Desired Settlement: Another shipment of ants.
