From: Ruslan M [redacted] Date: Wed, Dec 14, at 2:PMSubject: ID [redacted] To: " [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org" < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>Good afternoon, I have a received a mail what a complaint from my recent customer, customer is stating that he contracted an assignment from Colorado Springs Colorado to Columbus Mississippi Our company is not a contractor we are a transportation business, on 11/9/ [redacted] based of Green Cove Springs, FL dispatched a vehicle for us We picked up the vehicle a day after was dispatched, A few hours later when we went to pick it up our dispatcher called and said that [redacted] does not have enough money to pay for transportation but since we were ready to pick it up we said that he can pay whenever he gets his money together [redacted] appreciated that and said that on November 30, you will receive a paycheck and pay us Customer owed us $in total He paid $at the delivery and was supposed to send us a check after November of [redacted] appreciated our work and send us text messages to check on us and we reply to every time He called me and he called my driver and every time he called we answered the phone When vehicle was delivered my driver said that [redacted] was very happy and appreciated everythingHe signed our bill of lading stating that he still owes us $and will be paid after November 30th November I receive the mail saying that I have a customer that filed a complaintWe are doing our best for our customers no one would help [redacted] like we did and we do not appreciate what he didI have all text messages for record and papers that he still owes us our 250$Please have your Clint send us amount dueThank you for reading my responseCallRus with any questions [redacted]
