I called for a roofer to come fix a leakThe man took a video of the problem to show usIt was a minor leaksThe ridge vent was leaking at the seam and the fireplace ring alsoHe stated that a little silicone would fix them temporarily (until ridge vent could be replaced)He stated they don't do minor repairs and he didn't have the tools to fix the problemI called the manager *** to discuss the problemI felt he talked to me in a condescending manner I was told that our service was not handled properly, but the way they handle business is to send an analyst firstI told him that we had other roofers to come fix leaks before and they did the job the same dayI believe they should tell customers they are just sending an analyst when they call, so they won't be expecting to get their roof leak fixed that dayWe waited days for someone to comeI feel they just want to do big money jobs.Be honest with customers who call and let them know you are sending an analyst first, not someone to take care of the problem
