We here at uncle Sam's Logistics have an FMCSA license to operate as freight forwarders for auto transportBefore sending a carrier to collect a vehicle the customer is contacted in order to ask authorization for doing so and also to authorize the price tariff on the cost for the move of the
vehicleTransport tariffs prices have a fluctuation that is due to seasonal price changes in the transport market itselfknowing this, customers are approached with this informationChanges in prices are something that we as a broker company have to keep up with in order to comply in a high demand industry, though we are not going to send a carrier to pick up a vehicle unless the customer authorizes transport fee pricesNow after more than a month has gone by, that the vehicle was delivered safe the customer wants their money back on something they authorized?  What about the lack of information and the lies that were told. Instead of the company being upfront. This company is a joke and they know it. Never do business with unprofessional people like this again. Told car would be picked up on a Tues and never got picked up till Thursday.
