The owner of the company came out to the home and noticed that the roof repairs needed were mechanical issues. We explained to the customer that the warranty that they have covers only material defects for years and not workmanship. We explained that if there were any issues
related to the workmanship then they would have been discovered within the years of our workmanship warranty. We have had numerous storms that could have resulted in their fascia rotting as well as the shingles blowing up. We honor any and all workmanship warranties but unfortunately theirs ran almost three years ago. We gave the Avery's a fair quote which was under our minimum charge in hopes of resolving the issue. They have been great customers and we hope to resolve this in a fair manner. Thanks,

margin-bottom: 0px"> *** *** states that my crew came out to his home in January of to clean his gutters and in my system I have no info stating that. He has been a loyal customer and the only thing I can think is that he may have had my gutter crew come out and do work for him when they were in the neighborhood or at a family members home house. We have no created job or any details. He has called in to schedule numerous times so it's hard to understand why this time I have no record
I will resolve this issue how ever necessary but if *** *** chooses to pay our crew on the side without receiving an invoice or notifying my office that he needs service is that still our problem? We have a day callback service so why wait until now to contact the office. If the cleaning wasn't done right at that time it was performed then why not contact the office immediately.
We just want to do what's fair for both parties
