On August 18th Customer Doris King Safety Dog Seat Belt and 3way Dog Leash. On September 20, we found out that our supplier failed to ship the order and we explained it to our customer Doris King, we apologized and we reprocessed and informed the customer about it attached was the letter we
sent. We sent a shipping notification on September 28th to her last known email address ***. Screenshot was also attached.On October it was delivered as per USPS report . Screenshot was also attached. For your reference we also included the link ***On the same day, we received customers confirmation that it was alerady receivedScreenshot was attached. Here is what happened with this customer and he never received a response because he was messaging our old email which is not monitoredOur new email is >> ***@outlook.comand is stated on our contact us page you can view it by clicking HereThe reason this customer did not
get there order was because this order did not get paid on time, all orders that are submitted to our supplier have a time limit to be paid in and we failed to pay it on time, but they do not notify us if this happens so we would not know unless a customer sends us a email to our supportWhich this customer was but was sending it to the old email. To make things right because its the right thing to do is we are going to send this customers order still FREE of charge. I will notify them through email regarding this and that they are still going to get there order for free..Here is a screen shot for proof that the customer has been refundedPlease allow 5-business days for the refund to appear in the account
