The dates in Question are incorrectThe installation was the week of Thanksgiving, I informed the customers that the particular stone was extremely hard to fabricate and that we needed a couple more days with it in the shopthey demanded that we install on that Monday so that the tile man and painter could completeAt installation it was agreed we had to finish the fabrication and repair edges, which required lots of epoxy and polishingIt was agreed the next day that the best course of action was to remove the island top and allow us to finish it in the shop, as she had decided that the tile picked would not match the stoneAnd we didn't want to dust out their very clean homeAfter removing and bringing the stone to the shop and making repairs, communication was droppedThey would not come view and inspect completed piece nor allow us to installI made every attempt to please them, they decided to buy quartz from a competitor, a completely different product and wouldn't allow us the opportunity to do that for themAs stated we did some other work for them, At this point my losses far exceed the cost of the stoneThey are welcome to come pick up their Island topAs I have no intention of picking up the perimeter tops my competitor ripped out, I have no use for used stoneI have every conversation an email backed up for use in litigation if neededThis is as much as I am willing to do with Revdex.com, I made every attempt to please and resolve this and it became a personal issue on the wifes part, verified by the conversation her husband and I had in February at my shopWhich is recorded and stored in its entirety on my shops surveillance systemI wish we could have resolved it, But I have learned you cant please everyone
