Review: I Hired Under Construction, LLC in the spring of 2012 to build a 2400sf addition onto my home. I was told it would be completed within 4-6 months. As of Jan. 2014, I am still waiting for construction issues/problems to be addressed. I have left numerous phone calls as well as emails to no avail. Lou Coppola (contractor) asked for an advance in Sept. 2013, which was given to him. I have not heard from him since. He promised to fix/address, among other things, outside sewer access pipes, new hot water heaters, new furnaces, dampness in basement and to provide receipts for all new appliances. He has received all but a few thousand dollars which is why I believe he is no longer interested in finishing the project he was contracted to do. Very unprofessional, would not recommend him to anyone.Desired Settlement: Want all construction issues/problems, described above, fixed, as promised.
