We did complete cleaning services at property *** *** **.on July 23, We received a voice mail along with an email from *** *** stating she was not happy with some of the cleaningWe do have a policy which allows us to go back within 24-hours following services, if
permitted*** *** declined our policy and requested a discount, which we applied to her final invoiceWe did apply an up-charge for cleaning all storm windows, which clearly stated on the estimate that *** agreed to before servicesWe comped the up-charge for the storm windows, per ***'s requestWe sent her a final invoice of $from the original amount of $240.00, which was a total of $discountedWe did not hear anything back from *** since her email on July 26, and assumed she was not going to pay anythingOn September 23, 2016, *** sent an email stating that she would pay $120.00, which we accepted and since, sent her the final invoice which reflects $*** responded on September 27, and let us know payment was made in the form of a check and mailedWe assume this matter will be considered resolved as we have complied with *** ***Please advise if email correspondence between *** and Under Contract, Cleaning Incis needed and we will complyThank you

I am rejecting this response because:I hired ( at least I thought I did, due to their advertising) a post construction cleaner.  I already employ a regular housekeeper to do " regular housecleaning". I again, am willing to get, in writing, concerns from my contractor...

about the products they were using. Furthermore, there was nothing wrong with the tile - it is brand new- it just had construction muck on it that needed specific cleaners and some "elbow grease" to get it off. My contractor ended up cleaning the floor in the mud room, but the laundry room is still not clean- purposely so if someone wanted to come see the difference, they could. I repeat, I was not looking for daily housecleaners and that's all they were  if they are willing to deduct an additional $200 - which I had to pay my contractor, we can settle this now  And by the way, I  do NOT NEED A PAYMENT PLAN -just a fair billthank you
