On March 28th I arrive at my tatto appointment at 4pmUpon my arrival my artist wanted to go get something to eat before he got startedSo he ate and socialized with other co-workersSo he didn't get started until 5pmI showed him the tattoo I wanted for my cover up and he told me no I got something better that's going to workSo it took another hour to figure out what he wanted to do.in this time period he was talking very sexually to me and made me felt uncomfortableI told him let's just focus on the tattoo.he was very intimidated and aggressiveHe starts my tattoo and I told him to stop because he was hurting me and I was bleeding badly he told me if he stopped I was still going to give him the other dollars and I had already gave him dollars deposit.so I let him continue and him and another friend started drinking liquior and listening to loud music He continuously stopping drinking smoking and talking to other people who came into the shopHe was very rude
