We have used this company before when [redacted] first started on his own, did not have a problem. This time however was a very different experience. He came out the week of 01/05/15 to go over what electrical changes we wanted done, gave me a ball park cost figure, which was fine. He mentioned he was very busy right now. [redacted] said he would be in touch with me next week, 01/12/15/, as to when he would be out to do the work. I said that was fine because it was not a real rush, I wanted to have this done by 01/30/15, [redacted] said it would take about a day to do the work. That was the last I have heard from him. I have called his number several other times to say if he could not do the work to let me know plus I have emailed him, never heard from him again.
Totally unprofessional behavior, and messed up my schedule for having the work done. It would appear Mr. [redacted] needs to take a Customer Service or Time Management refresher course. I will not be using him again.

[redacted] was very prompt, experienced and professional. He installed a new main service panel with an interlock for switching to generator power, generator plug in, & watt meter. This was not an easy job. [redacted] got the job done in a day. It was well planned and executed and we were only without power for a few hours. I definitely plan to contact him again for my next project. Great experience.

I Had a phone line installed in my computer room for internet service. [redacted] and his helper did the job today, they were very professional.and completed the work I asked for. they also cleaned up after them self. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. [redacted]

Wonderful service! [redacted] is very knowledgeable, thorough, and sees a task through to completion. He presented us with 3 different solutions to our electrical dilemma, each of which would result in a code-compliant fix. He researched replacement parts for vintage fixtures, was always on time, and even worked into the evening because we were under a time constraint. I highly recommend him for any work you may need.

[redacted] was easy to work with from beginning to end. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was on time. He was clean, professional, and all around a good guy.

He did a new install on a bathroom fan. He had to run wiring, cut drywall, run ductwork to the roof, etc. He did it in a timely manner and did a nice job. I even learned a few things from him about homes in general while he was here. I will be using him for all my electrical needs and would gladly refer him to customers.

It took two phone calls and three weeks to get him to come out and give estimate for installing a whole house fan. After several months we still have heard back from him on the estimate. Very unreliable.
