structural issue with the deck (a support beam was sagging) and that this would prevent him from reinstalling the removed panels properly.
We have been in touch with Mrs. [redacted] and have addressed the additional leaks and also developed a way to reinstall the removed panels without the need to fix the deck's structural issue.
We also fully admit that our communication about our progress on the project and follow up with Mrs. [redacted] were lacking and have discussed procedures with our employees to ensure that events/service like this will not happen in the future.

Undercover systems came out and fixed all of our leaks and replaced all of the panels satisfactorily. We are very happy with the results.
