Business states that they understand the situation consumer is in. A copy of the contract was provided to the co-signer. Unfortunately the consumer signed a binding contract. Therefore business does not believe a mediator is necessary. If the consumer needs to make payment arrangements and discuss...

the matter further they should contact the business directly.

Consumer states that they have never received any documents. The change of address was submitted to the business. Consumer says they have paid at least $3,000 and never received any receipts. Consumer would like to have an itemized billing statement that would include money paid  along with the remaining balance. After the statement is received then consumer would like to make payment arrangements to pay the remainder of the balance.

Review: I am a disabled combat veteran. I was in a situation where I had to get the services of a bail bondsman. At the time my girlfriend was [redacted], who I found out was part of the problem. She had contacted Underdogg bail bondsman at a cost of $5000.00 dollars. I am on a fixed income, but I paid $2000.00 and when I came to Arizona I paid another $1000.00. I never had to go to court because there were no charges against me, but I still had to pay the bond. For months I have been asking [redacted] for copies of the contract. But he will not give me that information, neither did he give the information to [redacted]. He is using the tactic of her telling her that I have made no payments. We called him on three way and that's when he confused to lying. He has also given my personal information which is confidential to a man by the name of Lawrence, who I knew for a short time. I plan on paying the balance, but because I don't have copies of the contract and I know that Mr. [redacted] is willing to lie. It is very unprofessional !Desired Settlement: I would like to have a mediator and a payment plan set-up. My son lives with me and I have other bills to pay.
