Received job from [redacted] for service to customer across the street from this address. Called locates to mark existing utilities. Received notification from USIC that they were marked. Sent crew to begin bore. At end of day I was notified by...

foreman that homeowner was upset and I then attempted to contact him. No answer and his voice mail was not set up. I then called [redacted] to verify job and was told yes to still proceed.
Next Day- I attempted to contact the customer still no answer and no voice mail set up. I instructed my crew to proceed. The work that we performed was done in the road right of way, and utility easement of Mr. [redacted] yard. We needed to expose an 8" gas main so as not to damage gas main and other utilities, along with his sprinkler lines. When work was complete we refilled all holes replaced grass neatly (see attached pictures) seeded and straw area around pedestal where work was going for customer across the street. We would love to resolve this matter with Mr. [redacted] if he would return our phone calls or give us an email address if that is easier.
