Scammers - beware
These guys are a complete scam and fraud system. Anything you order will result in additional charges, markups and a very difficult time getting all of the add-on charges canceled if you can. Read the reviews! As you can see, we have all fallen for itbut you don’t have to.

I’ve been a subscriber to Caleb’s emails for a few years, yesterday I found that I had been charged $77 in March and then again a couple days ago. All it said was UGAR LLC as the recipient. I did a search and found this site. I informed my bank about it and they blocked my card immediately and issued me a new card. They also credited my account until they investigate. I won’t have to worry because they will find out what I found. I’m not a big fan of banks, but my bank has been great when it comes to issues like this.

3% report author is a child molester
The company that owns underground assault rifles is called ugar llc he tells you that when he sends email after email trying to swindle more money that it is the name that will come up on your billing statement. Ugar llc is in turn owned by caleb lee who's real name is Craig Osborne and in 2013 he was convicted of forcibly sodomizing a six year old girl. Canceling Subscription to 3% Report
Do not do business with this company! I have tried 3 times to cancel a subscription to the so-called "Report". With no response, I canceled the credit card. I had previously used another card to buy a CD which they cunningly found and have been charging that without authorization. I sent certified mail with a return receipt which was signed by Cindy Crane again canceling the subscription. Low and behold the week after she signed for the cancellation notice my credit card was charged yet again. I have asked for a refund but they just do not appear to be honest.

Scam
Ordered a free video + $5.95 for shipping. Insurance is offered for $2.95. It is automatically added to you order. I was also charged $77.00 for allegedly adding another item to my purchase. There is no cart so you don't know what your being charged for until you see your email. The U.S. area code # is answered by a machine. My email has yet to be answered. I am awaiting follow a reply/through. Beware this is a SCAM. IF it were a legitimate business you would see exactly what you ordered in some form of online cart. Signed Burt

I too was sucked in to purchasing what I thought was a hard copy package deal and found it to be all "Online" material I could have acquired on my ownHave written a dozen email and asked/demanded a full refund but have never received any response! Never received a single response for product support either, so yes an absolute ***, lying thieving ***!!

This business is a total scam, in there online video the state that they will completely refund your money, if not satisfied I have written letters to their customer service department requesting a refund of the $I so foolisyly paid for their worthless material and have had no response what soever, their address(according to there web site is [redacted] *** no phone number listed Sincerely, [redacted] *** owner of the company is a well known scammer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can you say at the end of the day that you want to ensure your customers are happy? Not one has said they were. I too have been scammed by UGAR. 6 months ago I paid my $5.99 for shipping for the 2nd Amendment Bible. Now I’m being harassed for near $90 “for the monthly subscription” of which I knew nothing. The terms & conditions were hidden from view for maximum scam-ability. I called customer service last month and was assured my account was closed & there would be no charges and no other shipments. But today they called & we’re right back to square one. The customer service # “Alex” (billing account supervisor) gave me goes to someone’s cell phone. When I asked for Alex’s supervisor I was told he didn’t have one. The # the BBB has listed is my next call. And I will also be sending reviews to Google, Yelp, Trust Pilot and I will be filing a complaint with the FCC & BBB.

I to got scammed by this racket.Sent for a video and was informed that all I had to pay was shipping. After that was billed 39.95 a month for a generic newsletter that I never wanted,nor would I ever pay for such a thing. Cancelling is impossible by either via e-mail or by Tele. No. as a brick wall awaits you ! Had to report this to credit card and cancele the card. now Credit One is saying that they investigated and found it not to be fraudulent ? Based on the fact that I already paid for these charges. Bye Bye C_One.
