Initially I received my services as describedHowever, Joe then took a secondary job outside of Team TNT and was not available at my initial times due to this jobI made an effort to accommodate his new schedule but he would often have to cancel sessions because of his reduced availabilityJoe reassured me that we could make up these sessions after my contract ended ? however the owner later refuted this
At the end of March, Joe's employment was ended at Team TNT, and so I sent an email on March 30/requesting to cancel my contract and get a refund for the accumulated cancelled sessionsI received an email that I could not cancel my contract, so agreed to go with another trainer, Iain ***, even though he could not provide my sessions on Tuesday
