I am rejecting this response because: I received my refund, however that will not make up for lost time and interests accrued in there accountsI made numerous attempts via email and phone and I was ignoredI contacted stephanie carter which I found through whitepagesNow after contacting the Revdex.com and the FTC, I got my money backI bet if I didnt contact the Revdex.com or ftc I would have never received my refundI dont believe this is a legitimate business and their business licence should be revoked

Recently I paid for a Bolt Carrier Group - Black Nitride (Various Calibers)
(Bolt caliber: NATO / AAC Blackout) from the siteUnderground Tactical Arms http://www.undergroundtactical.com/ They charged my card and its been weeks with no contact, either phone or email being a few States away I cant even verify if they are really in business If they are having an issue with production or fulfilment they could have easily contacted be to be patient or a simple email stating they received request for information

Mr. [redacted]   In response to your complaint I understand your concern for your lost time and numerous attempts via email & phone to reach someone.  The level of service you received was unacceptable.   I never knew you had filed a complaint until I contacted you to retrieve credit card information for a refund.  It just happened to be a coincidence that I called you around that same time you filed a complaint. I don't understand how you could have found me thru the white pages as you stated in your response, I contacted you.   If we weren't a legitimate business then we wouldn't be responding or have issued you a refund.   I believe that their is nothing we can do to satisfy you at this point.   Thank you
