I paid a $deposit reserving a 7hr appt for 8/at 1pm with Mr*** ***1hr before, he stated he needed to change the time to 6pmI respectfully voiced my concern about having 7hrs reserved and taking leave from work to do soHe replied that he would work late to accommodateHe could not complete the tattoo and ended our session at 9:45pmI paid $for the future completion of the incomplete tattoo, and another $for the next complete tattoo session scheduled for 9/hour before this appt, he messaged me stating he needed to reschedule due to the shop losing power the night beforeWe then rescheduled for 10/Again, hour before he stated he could not see me at the agreed scheduled time and needed to change to a later time that same dayI have paid a total of $1,and have used work personal daysI respectfully advised that with the inconsistency of every appointment, I would prefer to get a refund of $(paid for future work) and go elsewhere to com
