I discussed the offer with my husband and we will not accept the offer, we do not need a new stoveThe numbers are no longer visible therefore cooking is very difficult to monitorWe cleaned the stove based on the recommendation of the manufacture and strongly feel we complied with the cleaning instructions.

***Ms*** and I spoke yesterday and a service call was set up for a technician to take a current look at the unit. If it is determined that the issue is related to a blocked external exhaust vent, then full charges would apply, but if it is a technical problem with the dryer, no charges will be assessed. This is being offered in the spirit of consumer satisfaction on this unit, which is outside of the warranty
I indeed had contacted Ms*** previously, leaving voice mails on 9/and 9/23. The number referenced as*** was not the number I left on the voice mail. I did not get a response that the voice mailbox was full when leaving these messages. The correct number is as stated, ***

I received a call from *** at 10:07am today for the 1st time upon my attempt to return the call the line stayed busyMy voicemail is full and cannot accept any new messagesI have since filed appliance complaints on GE website in the last days and absolutely NOResponse and upon receipt of the Revdex.com Today at 5:52pm EST left a message at *** shown on the Revdex.com message; GE is magnifying the issue by not taking accountability and/ or responding therefore if nothing is done to resign the issue within 48hours I going to the media to see how many other innocent consumers has been a victim of GE faulty appliance that breaks and require service calls within 6monthsFor a first owner of a GE product this is a nightmare! No brand new dryer should break or not get hot within 90 days of ownership!
GE has become so big they forget the little consumers such as myself built their reputation and revenue

Although the unit is out of the one-year warranty, I have agreed to send out a GE tech at no charge to her

Please be advised that we have been securing information (pictures) from the consumer as well as a review by our technical and engineering staff.
We do have a service call set up for 10/17/** to take a current look...

at the unit.  We were last there in June [redacted].

The consumer's refrigerator has been repaired.   I have agreed to reimburse her for the last service prior to this one (from [redacted]) and I am extending her warranty for one more year.   She is still working with our Insurance Company on any water damage caused by the refrigerator.

 There is nothing that has changed regarding the response from Company from the original complaint. They are not addressing the real issue and just playing games and wasting my time and causing even more inconvenience.
This is a faulty product as has been proved by repeated failure of a key component (3 times in last 2.5 years) and rather than address the issue they are still trying to work their way around it.

I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the trouble he's had with his GE Profile microwave.
Although the product is out of warranty, we have offered him a substantial prorate toward a new unit (ordered directly through GE)...

OR a substantial discount toward repair with a 6 month warranty on the repair made by our GE authorized technician.
Mr. [redacted] is going to call me back with his decision. 
These offers are valid through 10/24/**.

I have spoken with Mrs. [redacted] and apologized for the issue she is having with her Profile Cooktop.  
Although the unit is out of the 1 year warranty, I have offered a discount on a new unit (where she would pay $484.16...

for brand new model:[redacted] which has an MSRP price of $1699.
She said she would discuss this offer further with her husband.  I informed her that the offer is valid for 30 days from today's date.

with. GE has requested that [redacted] also address Ms. [redacted]’s food loss claim as well since they again are the contract holder.

 Good evening
I spoke with GE on Thursday morning as stated, at technician arrived Friday, 9/26/[redacted] around 1300 hours. The felt belt was disconnected from the dryer, the technician repaired the felt belt and stated all air ducts were clear and advised that the power fuse maybe the issue, the dryer heated up for 1 load after I washed a second load the dryer no longer gets hot AGAIN, [redacted] company who installed my fused box from my brand new home states it is impossible for a fuse to stop the heating ability on a dryer if the fuse or power surge was malfunction ship the dryer would have zero power.  The dryer is useless and after the tech from GE left the dryer only dried one load SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS 16month old supposingly brand new dryer. 
Absolutely ridiculous stop heating after 90 days of ownership now is not repairable
