Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Good evening I spoke with GE on Thursday morning as stated, at technician arrived Friday, 9/26/ [redacted] around hoursThe felt belt was disconnected from the dryer, the technician repaired the felt belt and stated all air ducts were clear and advised that the power fuse maybe the issue, the dryer heated up for load after I washed a second load the dryer no longer gets hot AGAIN, [redacted] company who installed my fused box from my brand new home states it is impossible for a fuse to stop the heating ability on a dryer if the fuse or power surge was malfunction ship the dryer would have zero power The dryer is useless and after the tech from GE left the dryer only dried one load SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS 16month old supposingly brand new dryer Absolutely ridiculous stop heating after days of ownership now is not repairable

The consumer's refrigerator has been repaired I have agreed to reimburse her for the last service prior to this one (from ***) and I am extending her warranty for one more year She is still working with our Insurance Company on any water damage caused by the refrigerator
I have offered to buy back the unit but I have a question on the amount I have been trying to reach the consumer but there is no answer and no voice mail Would you please ask the consumer to call me and I'm not here leave me a working phone number? thanks
