Review: I purchased a flashlight in December 2014 and the reflector on the light bulb peeled off. They have a lifetime warranty and are refusing to honor it.Desired Settlement: I was wanting simply a replacement of the lightbulb but from the experience that they don't want to honor their warranty, I'd simple love to give their faulty flashlight back to them.

Good Afternoon [redacted],

I just heard back from [redacted] this afternoon. When I asked him what the problem was he said that his light was working “great”, and that the bulb was working fine too (or the light wouldn’t be working great), it is just that the bulb/reflector was peeling and he wanted it replaced. He said he bought the new light in Jan. 2014. Today is June 20, 2014. As I mentioned before, the Xenon Lamp/reflector assembly for the SL4 Xenon light has a 30 –day warranty as they are a consumable (they get used up with use). He never mentioned the “Lifetime” warranty to me during our conversation. I have included a link to our warranty page below.

This same warranty information is included in all the instruction sheets that come with our products. As you will note, we have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our warranty has never changed, it is not a Lifetime warranty and never has been. Anyway, I have agreed to send him a new lamp/reflector despite the fact that he says his is working just fine (just peeling, which he doesn’t like). He said it wasn’t peeling when he got it. I will send him a new one on Monday, June 23rd. He sounded very calm and relaxed like all this is nothing new to him.
