Thank you for getting in touch with us about Mr. [redacted] concern. I attached two screenshots: one of the product that was ordered and when it was sent/received (from the USPS website). There was a delay in shipping the order. However, as the USPS...
screenshot shows, the package was delivered on July 31, 2017. We have not received any communications from Mr. [redacted]. We would not have even been aware of any issues with his order if it was not for your email. I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] did not have the typical Underwear Nation customer experience. Having happy and satisfied customers is our goal. We will gladly issue a full refund in the spirit of keeping our customers happy. Thank you again for bringing this issue to our attention.
