1st Dispute: *** had told us they would NOT permit issuing a refund from our accountWe asked *** several times to obtain a viable solution from

2nd Dispute: Before authorizing a return, we urged *** to keep the item due to the a/ 25% Restocking & b/ $S&H Fees, but he still wanted to make a ReturnWe authorized a Return after *** *agreed* to pay these FeesThe $*** is claiming is more than our mutual agreement of the Refund:
1/ $352.50: Original Payment;
2/ $ 88.12: 25% Restocking Fee, pre-agreed;
3/ $ 18.00: S&H Fee, pre-agreed;
