It all began months ago when we wanted trees removed from our backyardInitially, *** *** was quick to respond and very friendlyHowever, he made us pay upfront and his professionalism took degree turn as soon as we paidLesson learned thereHe didn't finish the job until months had passedHe would tell us a day he planned to stop by, then or so days later, after he never showed up, we would have to contact him to ask when he was coming byThis went on for weeksHe NEVER initiated communication or seemed concerned in the slightest about professionalismWe practically had to beg him to come finish grinding up the last stumpWe've had to postpone a number of other yard projects because we were waiting for him to finish the job he started before ChristmasNow, he's added to our list of yard projects because he neglected to put down any wooden planks when he drove his machine on our lawn and tore up the grass in our front yard I later found out he had failed to complete another job in our neighborhood and neglected to respond to them
I've never been more disappointed in someone I've hired to do a jobYou would think he would have been more professional given the amount of money we were paying him

It all began 3.5 months ago when we wanted 7 trees removed from our backyard. Initially, [redacted] was quick to respond and very friendly. However, he made us pay upfront and his professionalism took 180 degree turn as soon as we paid. Lesson learned there. He didn't finish the job until 3.5 months had passed. He would tell us a day he planned to stop by, then 3 or so days later, after he never showed up, we would have to contact him to ask when he was coming by. This went on for weeks. He NEVER initiated communication or seemed concerned in the slightest about professionalism. We practically had to beg him to come finish grinding up the last stump.
