company was hired by verbal agreement to remove trees/grind stumps after two trips here was billed twice for uncomplete work which is still not done.[redacted] underwood tree service was contraceted under verbal agreement to remove trees from my property and grind down stumps below ground lever and remove debrie from job after trees were removed serveral large stumps remained and had to call him repeatedly to come back, he came back and ground down some of the stumps and charged me again for a return visit,several stumps remained visible in the front after trees were removed and in the front by the fence. I was told those stumps by the fence was not in the agreement and I would again be charged..I am being billed repaeatedly for unfinished work by underwood...Everytime I call him he says he will be there early and never shows up til late or not at all. He always has an excuse..ie something came up, have to fix equip and so on no he wants to charge me another $400 to remove the stumps by the fence from the trees they chopped down and moved.... debrie is still in the yard. He did not go deep enough in the yard on the stumps and rootsand they are exposed above the ground, he has missed appointments on coming out here outright lying on the phone as well. he is not listed in the Revdex.com and I have heard complaints from people I know who hired him....if I had known this before I would have never hired him. I have been billed by him 3 times on returned visits on work that should have been done right the begin with....they leave a mess along with delays in the job. I was charged $8000 the first time for incomplete job he came out again and ground down some stumps but not all and was charged another $800 and now he want to charge me again $400 for the stumps out by my fence he claims was not in the verbal agreement. Desired SettlementI want [redacted] underwood tree service to complete the job right as in our agreement and not piecemeal visits with additional charges. all stumps in front grinded down below ground so when grass is planted I can mow safely...as of now there are large stumps just above the ground, large roots and mulch left from the removal of trees. All I want from them is complete the job they promised to do and so far its unsatisfactory.
