I placed an order with this company on May 21st 2020. There website says due to Covid-19 shipping times are delayed. But should ship out in 18 days. I contacted them multiple times without response after the 18 days. They've shut off comments on their recent *** posts and have deleted their ***. On *** it seems like other people have also made orders and not received any products or contact from the company. They emailed me on June 10th saying my product would be shipped the following monday. To my surprise they sent me a shipping confirmation on June 15th.
with usps tracking.

However the tracking says the label has been created but nothing else. It has been in "pre-shipping for 10 days." So a label was created but no package exists or has been dropped off at any shipping facility. If it wasn't for others online saying this company took their money and never sent a product, or the fact they do not respond to customer service inquiries. I'd be patient. But it seems like they are taking peoples moneys and not sending anything out in exchange.

I ordered several neck gaiters from this company and they charged my credit card $60.05 on April 30, 2020. I never received an order number or email confirmation. It is now June 21, 2020 and I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact the company twice. The only way I have found to do this is to fill out a form on their website, no phone number is provided. I have head nothing from the company.

On their website it states that shipping is delayed due to COVID-19 but should not take more than 2-18 days for processing and 1-3 for shipping. It is way over that for my order.

No physical address was listed for the company except Orlando Florida and it was not a listed business in your database. I believe my money was stolen. On the companies social media sites it looks like no customers have received orders, ever.
